Screenplay Terms & Conditions  

You must agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to registration. Please click the appropriate button at the bottom of this page to accept or reject these terms and conditions. IMPORTANT NOTE: For consideration, the following materials must be received by January 1st, 2010:

  • Synopsis of the Script (in English)
  • A statement from the writer on the script
  • A statement indicating whether the screenplay is finished or a work in progress
  • Biography of the writer
  • Stills if any
  • Poster and/or press booklet

Rules

  • No refunds. Please do not send cash.
  • Dates are subject to change without notice.
  • The Festival is not responsible for the damage to screenplays incurred in shipping. All screenplays, marketing materials, press materials, and other screenplay related submission related materials will not be returned. Absolutely no exceptions will be permitted.
  • If an item is not available at the time of submission, it will be requested immediately upon selection.
  • For promotion of selected scripts the Festival will request the owners of the participating scripts to make available a sufficient number of press kits and stills.

Notification Process: The International Beverly Hills Film Festival submission period is open for approximately 4 months, shortly after that all applicants will receive notification about the status of their screenplay via e-mail or regular mail.
